SSO sign in not keeping account preferences in JSS

Whenever I sign in using SSO, my account loses all preferences previously set. Anyone else seeing this issue with 9.93?

HTTP downloads not connecting after 9.7 upgrade

Anyone else having trouble with HTTP downloads after the 9.7 release? AFP and SMB both still work and I'm able to download packages by typing in the package URL into the browser.
