I noticed if MDM for Lion was turned on then this would make logging very slow.Disabling Push Notifications (Framework Settings>security)

I can verify that all of my mid 2012 MacBook Pro's (shipped with Lion) are having the net boot issue. The models are base 15" mbp's and Retina Display w/512 gb.
