We've spent the day trying to figure out why Self Service no longer
works after our update from 9.92 to 9.96. JAMF support is stumped too
and suggests we downgrade back to 9.92. But before we do, has anyone
else experienced a SS failure after upgradi...
Due to strong segregation of duties here, we have a lot of people using
our JSS. As a result, we do not always know what they are doing with it.
Recently someone added a policy to distribute Adobe Flash. On every

I swear in the past when a new version of the JSS was released, the
release notes listed which versions of the Suite could be used with the
updated JSS. That is, you could still use Recon 9.52 with a 9.73 JSS,

from the AD side seems fundamental to the us...
It is possible for MAU to become corrupt. Look in /Library/Application
Support/Microsoft/MAU2.0 and see if the .app there can be opened. Throw
it away manually if it cannot. The MAU installer from Microsoft will not
replace a bad MAU for some reason....
Unfortunately I just tested Ian's script in Sierra and it not only
throws a "Can't get end" error, but it also doesn't change Outlook to be
the default. So I fear we're again seeking a solution. Thanks if anyone
has any ideas or leads.
