We are looking into PSSO also and it looks like the key needed would be
UserAuthorizationMode set to Groups then setting the required groups in
the AdministratorGroups, AdditionalGroups, or AuthorizationGroups key.

This is great, we are consolidating instances and are about to be
managing ~10,000 devices. I had never thought of this as a way we could
make deployments not completely bog things down. Thanks for taking the
