JSS 9.0 to 9.01 start up hang

I upgraded my JSS to 9.01 from 9.0 on my Casper OSX 10.8.4 server last night its about midday today about 12 hours and it still says JSS Start up : Checking for tables to rename anyway to resolve this issue? thanks
