I just learned that if you have Jamf 9.97 or below, you'll have trouble
trying to push Apps via VPP as it will ask you to log into iTunes. I

Had the same problem after my cloud was updated to 9.99.After i cleared
the browser cache, the notification changed to a message that i should
check the "SSL Certificate Verification".I did that and the notification
is gone.
