Have you found this to be working ever since? We haven't implemented the
deferrals again but would be useful to know if we'll be able to use them
when Sonoma comes out.
Do you know what the fix was in the end for this? I am now seeing this
on some new Ventura Macs we've had come in. Not just with Chrome but
with other apps as well.
