@jevans76 We are using 15.1 and this issue is very much still there. I
spoke to our papercut person and he says the "resolved" means that that
command resolves the issue, being it a mac issue.
We had this issue on one device, happens when they use someone else's ID
usually, and they've hidden purchases. This seemed to fix it. But iPad
messages are usually very generic and unspecific some one error message
could have multiple problems solut...
