On Saturday, December 16, 2023, Jamf is making infrastructure changes. Please note that during the upcoming maintenance window, your server will be unavailable for 30 mins to 4 hours. Some instances may exceed 4 hours. This essential maintenance will enhance our cloud infrastructure’s performance and security.
Please ensure that all IPs in your region are fully open internally to allow all services within Jamf Pro to continue to function. Failure to do so could result in the inability to log in with LDAP accounts, impacts to JCDS functionality or ADCS communications, etc.
As outlined in the documentation, ensure this is completed before your migration date so the process is as smooth as possible for all parties involved.
