Can the healthcare listener remotely wipe an ipad that is supervised but unmanaged?

Healthcare Listener sends event information (like a patient checkout) directly to Jamf Pro and Jamf Pro sends an APNs command to wipe the device. Therefore, the device must be enrolled and managed by Jamf Pro.
