macOS 13.6
Connect 2.29
Azure/Entra
Logging in seems to work fine. Once in, click on the JC icon > change password, box comes up with microsoft asking for our email address, enter and get redirected to our page, then a blank white box. At the bottom is our password change rules and a done button, but no place to change the password.
Verified in the menu config that the
changepasswordurl = https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/changepassword.aspx
When I click on the url, I get to the page. Jamf Connect license is present in its own file.
Any suggestions on what might be going on?

@Ahadub to try troubleshoot this, ensure that the JC icon is running the latest version (2.29) and compatible with macOS 13.6. Additionally, verify the integration between Jamf Connect and Azure/Entra, confirming that user attributes are synchronized accurately. Check the console logs for any error messages during the password change process.

See above screenshot, this screen appears when the user clicks on "change password" in the JAMF Connect menu bar app. Closing this window and trying it a couple of times does solve the issue but would like to know how we can make sure this does not happen anymore.
Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

Did you ever resolve this? We are having the same issue. We use Google as the IDP.
