Disable Jamf Connect Redirector Safari Extension

So our company has multiple OKTA websites, and the Safari Extension does NOT play well with our setup. I made sure the Safari Extension is not enabled by default, but users being users I have the occasional case where users somehow get it turned on and it breaks a lot of things.

Now you can't uninstall the extension without uninstalling Jamf Connect Sync, but does anyone know of a way to keep the extension from being enabled in the first place? or check if it is enabled and turn it off? (I was thinking script at program startup if that can be done)
