Two Factor Auth on Azure Logins

Hi, very new at supporting Jamf and we have a small issue (more an inconvienience for our users) Two issues really:

On login our users, when signing in using their azure creds and authenticator app are then prompted for their AzureV2 password rather than just letting them continue the sign in. Is this behaviour expected or are we looking at how our access rules are configured in Azure?

Interested if anyone else has seen this behaviour before?

JAMF Connect more or less just tells authentication where to go. Its up to the IDP on how to handle authentication. I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft for Assistance with the Azure logs and configuration.

We use Okta, but every time something is wonky its always in Okta. Either the users have a strange group that puts them in to a bucket that behaves differently, or something on the AAD sync went wrong, so on.
