No, Sentinel One is installed with a script as it needs a token to be specified and Jamf Now cannot run scripts. Other vendors handle the token provisioning with a Configuration Profile which Jamf Now can do, I'd suggest reaching out to Sentinel One and asking for options; they have fairly good macOS and Jamf (Pro) support.
However, if you are using enterprise security solutions like Sentinel One, you really need to be using enterprise MDM solutions like Jamf Pro.
