10.5.7 On Casper Server ?

Not applicable

Have many of you moved their Casper Server up to 10.5.7 yet ?

No problems ? All is well ?

We still pretty much have all our OS X servers at 10.5.6

I'm using a 10.5.7 server and I've noticed nothing out of the
ordinary. :)

Same here, I moved as soon as 10.5.7 was release because I had some issues with Server Admin-->Netboot solved in this release and stable and running
I am now going to test Casper 7

Same here. Actually bought two new servers and put 10.5.7 on them and then migrated the JSS to it.

I must add to Carmelo's statement and point out that I've been waiting 3 years for that Netboot fix. Thanks Apple, finally.

I've got a couple of questions so I'll reply to the list.

"Addresses an issue that could cause the Netboot service to be shown as unavailable ("grayed out") in Server Admin."

I took this as a Silver Bullet fix, which seems to be true. I haven't had the netboot unavailable issue where I used to have to restart the nfs and netboot service since this update.

Roger,

I upgraded my Casper/JSS server from 10.5.6 to 10.5.7 1-2 weeks ago -
works fine!
