3rd party app for bulk-scoping apps!

Hello!
I just finished creating an application that can bulk scope mobile applications.

I know there is a feature request in for this feature, but until then, this 3rd party application may suffice. Please see the github README for limitations and how to use it.

@nahrens I would love to try this out, but my knowledge of running anything in Python is complete and total. I've tried running it in Terminal and I get an error that says ModuleNotFound: No module named 'flask'

I'm pretty sure it's something I'm doing wrong or something I don't have installed correctly, but any suggestion you could throw my way would be appreciated.
