Anyone having issues running 10.4.11 on the new 8 core 3.2 Mac Pro's

Hi Matt,

If it's anything like the previous and just recent revision of MacBooks and MacBook Pros you can only properly run Leopard on them. 10.4 won't really have support for the new chipsets, etc.

I have two of the new Mac Pros and I assumed I would have to run Leopard on them because of that. Apple's way of moving things along...

That's what I had thought. Have a 10.4.11 virgin image on a spare HD, slid
it into the spare slot and it booted up...how long before it kernel panic's,
we'll see. Going to push CS3 to it now....
