Account gets locked out

Hi all,

 

We have configured the basic pre-stage enrollment and came across the issue where user gets locked out many times in a day

Is it a local account or network account?

Anything in the computer system.log ?

What have you checked?

Hi,

We do not have any LDAP or AD integration yet.

For our pilot testing, we have created a local admin account, still we are facing  issue with all our pilot test users, no relevant info in computer system.log

I'm possibly having a similar issue.  Our Jamf Admin service account is getting locked repeatedly through out the day.  Pulling logs appears to show an API repeatedly running, but there's no policies that should be doing that. I suggest opening a case with Jamf Support.
