Yes, you could create a web clip configuration profile and scope it to your devices.

Thanks for replying. I tried looking under there, but I can't seem to find the spot where you add it?

Do you mean the enrolment profiles section, or another profiles section which I'm missing currently?

@oszabo Under the "Mobile Devices" tab at the top of the JSS, then "Configuration Profiles" in the side bar.
