So noticing some problems creating a local admin account. It seems to be creating a folder called .Adminacct In this account it seems that it's putting a ? for iPhoto and the Downloads folders. Further it's not allowing you to go into CMD+, to setup the HD on the desktop. Apparently you can't copy anything to the desktop either.
Mobile accounts are fine though.
