After installing 9.98 update yesterday, apps did not update via JSS overnight

I noticed our devices did not get the updates this morning for the apps that were released yesterday (i.e. Pages, Keynote, and Numbers).

In the JAMFSoftwareServer.log I'm seeing a bunch of these errors for the various devices: 2017-03-28 04:00:14,305 [ERROR] [ralPool-346] [licationCertificateHelper] - Error reading applicaiton certificates for mobile device ID ### java.sql.SQLException: No such column :application at org.mariadb.jdbc.internal.queryresults.ColumnNameMap.getLabelIndex( at org.mariadb.jdbc.internal.queryresults.ColumnNameMap.getIndex( at org.mariadb.jdbc.internal.queryresults.resultset.MariaSelectResultSet.findColumn( at org.mariadb.jdbc.internal.queryresults.resultset.MariaSelectResultSet.getString( at com.zaxxer.hikari.proxy.ResultSetJavassistProxy.getString( at com.jamfsoftware.jss.objects.mobiledevice.ApplicationCertificateHelper.getApplicationCertificates( at com.jamfsoftware.jss.objects.mobiledevice.MobileDeviceShell.addApplicationCertificates( at com.jamfsoftware.jss.objects.iosdevice.IOSDevice.inflate( at com.jamfsoftware.jss.objects.mobiledevice.MobileDeviceHelper.createDevice( at com.jamfsoftware.jss.objects.mobiledevice.MobileDeviceHelper.createDevices( at com.jamfsoftware.jss.objects.mobiledeviceapp.MobileDeviceAppScopeCalculator.calculateRemovalsAndInstalls( at com.jamfsoftware.jss.objects.mobiledeviceapp.MobileDeviceAppScopeCalculator.calculateRemovalsAndInstalls( at at java.util.concurrent.Executors$ at at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor.runWorker( at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor$ at

Anyone else seeing issues with apps no longer updating via the JSS?

Anyone running 9.98 not seeing this issue? Jamf told me this issue has been around awhile, but I'm on the prior hot fix without issue. I don't want to upgrade if it will definitely break and this isn't something easily tested in a dev env.

PI-003769 is the # Jamf gave me on this btw
