The console suffered a java update and stopped working, when it stopped working agents also stopped reporting to the console. I reinstalled the console and it works fine but I only have 10 agents who have reported, the others have not reported in more than 2 days
What can I check?

When you say "console", do you mean the JSS? If you re-installed it, it sounds like some things were changed, so previous clients have lost communication.
What steps did you go through to re-install it?

Exactly, it's JSS,
The steps were to completely uninstall Java, and then uninstall the console by means of "Uninstall programs from windows". I double-clicked the JSS installer and just gave it next, without changing any settings, which is how it was.
The strange thing was when the java error was raised that was when I lost communication with the agents. :(
