Hi we have an allow these apps only list setup for our student ipads, issue is for some reason when we go to add and email (google) we sign in press enter then it just goes back to the welcome to mail account selection screen.
We have both the mail app and gmail app added to the allow list.
If we remove / exclude ipads from the profile then the email works, if i change profile from allowed list to allow all apps it works?
Does anyone know what ive missed or what is causing thsi not to work? Thanks in advance.
