We're new to Casper and things are going mostly well with the exception of the global proxy settings and/or our SSL Exclusions on the Rocket itself. While I wait for Lighspeed to call in on the newly created case I wondered if anyone else had had this issue and got it resolved.

We just turned on lightspeed and are having issues. Currently waiting for lightspeed to reach back to us

We just got set up with Lightspeed and are using the proxy for off-campus filtering of our 1:1 student laptops. Curious if you had any problems accessing the JSS (Imaging and Recon in particular) with the proxy enabled. We must have a port closed because once the proxy is enabled, Casper Suite can't reach the laptops.

We do have also having issues with their User Agent in iMac's, etc....
