Anybody seeing odd update behavior with Microsoft AutoUpdate recently?

Anybody seeing random, and not necessarily production, versions of Office 2016 apps being installed when using @pbowden's Fully Managed configuration profile which is supposed to set manual updates only on production channel with user initiated updates disabled?

We're using the MSUpdateHelper4JamfPro script to call the msupdate tool to deploy version 16.12.18041000 of the Office 2016 apps, and version 16.16.102 of Skype for Business. That had seemingly been working fine, but today I discovered we have machines that have Office apps updated to 5 different 16.13.x versions (16.13.18041602, 16.13.18042404, 16.13.18051301, 16.13.18052203, 16.13.18052304) and 2 different 16.14.x versions (16.14.18042904, 16.14.18052003).

I've even seen one user get Lync re-installed on their Mac after it was deleted and MAU is the only way I can think it was done as the user didn't manually install it, and Lync is no longer in Self Service.

Bump (I really hope I'm not the only one seeing this problem)
