Hi,
We are currently running Sierra 10.12.6 to be exact and I would like the app privacy select to be enabled when when the package is installed from self service.

So rather then it installing like the above image I would like it to be like the below one

If unclear the application in question is called Muzzle
I have read a few legacy threads stating how system files can't be modified with out disabling SIP I was wondering if anybody has found a way around this yet?
Cheers,
