API Script for Mass Action MobileDevice Restart

I am familiar with the mobiledevicecommand with the RestartDevice payload which is great for resetting one or several IDs, but I'd like to have a SmartDeviceGroup where I can apply the Action to all members to RestartDevice using the API.

So far I am not even sure if the API supports this logic.

Does anyone have an example of how to do this?
