App Store Debug Menu: gone in Mavericks?

In Mac OS X 10.9.3, I am unable to enable the Debug menu. I use the command, but the Debug menu does not show up. Sanity check question. Has the command to enable it been changed, is it gone, or something else?

Should not make a difference, but I have tried both

defaults write com.apple.appstore ShowDebugMenu -boolean YES

and

defaults write com.apple.appstore ShowDebugMenu -boolean true

Nevermind. I was too impatient. The Debug menu FINALLY showed up. Not sure why it took several minutes.

Well, it still works in 10.9.3 :-D

...happened to me too. needs some seconds :-) also working under 10.9.4
