Apple Configurator and Configuration Profiles

We have installed Trust profile and MDM profile using apple configurator, can we also install configuration profiles using apple configurator ?

The configuration profile needs to be setup on jss and we need to set up the scope settings in mss for that configuration profile. The iPad will pickup this configuration profile once the Trust profile and MDM profiles are installed successfully and the payload defined in that configuration profile will take effect.
