Hello,
(my english is very approximative i hope you can understand my problem ^^)
Hardware: iPad Air 2 - Version 9.3.1 / JSS 9.92
First, I remove the AppStore from my Students iPads in the configuration Profile - it's OK
Second, I force the installation of the SelfService - it's OK but i have to update the app after the installation
Then, my student's iPad is now with no AppStore and SelfService ! Great
I open SelfService, i can see and install my apps, but i have a little popup "inscription it's ok but it can take few minutes". I have the message all the time, more than few minutes, so i choose "make inscription again" it open the AppStore (Students can download App) and I have to use an Apple ID, but i don't have one, my students have to create it.
How can i do for don't have this popup ? Why inscription on the server take a long time ? Did i miss something ?
Thanks a lot

Hi Eric,
In my environment, I do not use the automatic installation of Sef Service Mobile.
I acquire managed licenses through VPP and then assign Self Service through Device Based Mngement. I think that is the only way to send an app without requiring an Apple ID.

In the App Catalog, be sure to add the Configuration so that Self Sevice points to your JSS

I have the App Store disabled and SelfService Enabled they would have to load SS and selected the specific app and will download through self-service without needing the App Store.
We have not come across an issue prompting for Apple ID.

@LaSagesse Other than the above steps, not all apps are available via Managed App Distribrution. If you attempt the above you'll not see the second image that @Sandy posted & if you still try & install automatically, people will receive prompts on their devices.
