Apple re-issues Java 1.6.0_51 update?

Hello, I noticed that the recent security update "Java for OSX 2013-004 now has a "1.0" in its title when it is listed by Apple SUS in the AppStore. I did a MD5 checksum on the JavaForOSX.pkg itself and sure enough todays download differs from the one I got from Apple.com back on the 17th.

Anyone know what changed?

There was a bug in the previous build that caused problems with some java apps... more details at the link below.
