apps deleted from "Mobile Device App Catalog" being deleted from devices.

We have an interesting issue I am trying to resolve. Some existing entries in the app catalog have been deleted which had "manage app where possible" ticked. Users who had installed these apps through self service are now finding that the app is uninstalled and then continues to uninstall again after they have re-installed them (via the purchased tab of the app store). Is there a way that we can stop the push notifications going out to these users and continually removing the apps from their devices?

Re add the app to your mobile device app catalogue, should stop the bleeding. We had this issue occur when devices for one reason or another fell out of the scope of a smart group that was used to scope a managed app.
