At one point, and for no apparent reason, WHD has become unable to complete a sync to add new assets. Nothing has changed in the set up, the connection is still recognized (green dot) and when I launch the sync, it goes through. But in the end, I keep getting the same error message:
Encountered error(s) during synchronization:
EvaluateExpression failed: : Next exception:SQL State: -- error code: 2 -- msg: Error code 2. Next exception:SQL State: -- error code: 363 -- msg: Error code 363.
The techs at WHD haven't been able to help us after 5 days of ongoing exchanges. They have suggested it may be related to the date format in Casper.
Has any of you encountered this issue and is there a fix?
