One of our administrators has noticed that his Jamf config profiles with payloads set to log lab users out after 15 minutes of inactivity are not logging the users out of certain iMacs. This issue is specific to his new iMacs, but on his older Mac models, the profile logs users out accordingly. The model info of the Macs that don't recognize auto-logout is "iMac Intel (Retina 5K, 27-Inch, 2019)" and the Model Identifier is "iMac19,1."
These Macs also don't log users out automatically when he changes the setting with the Terminal command
"sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/.GlobalPreferences.plist com.apple.autologout.AutoLogOutDelay -int 900"
