When adding a computer to the exclusion tab for a Configuration Profile in Jamf, you get asked whether to push the profile to all systems, or just to "newly assigned" - this is, as I understand it, the mechanism to actually tell the newly excluded machine to remove the profile.
What happens if I have a computer group permanently added to be excluded and I add a host to that group? Will it still get an APNS-push to remove the profile immediately?
What I'm trying to accomplish is to via API, add a host to a static group and hence having it remove the particular profile from that host - more or less immediately.
Then when, it no longer has the profile installed it should be automatically removed from the exclusion group and have the profile re-installed.
