I seem to remember the trainer mentioning something about this in the iOS Jumpstart, but I can't remember now what it was, and I figure those with some experience under their belts may have discovered a method that works well.
I thought the trainer suggested creating individual invitations (or maybe it was individual assignments) for each user. That seems extremely tedious. I thought the reasoning was it makes it a lot easier to revoke if (when) that time comes, or if you need to remove an app there is no way to do so without doing so for all users in that group.
Has anyone found a method of inviting users and assigning managed apps that is a good balance of flexibility and not creating dozens of invitations/assignments that you're willing to share?
