Big Sur Filevault

Hi All,

we have our setup the following:

Automated Device Enrolment (creates Local Admin Account)
Jamf Login - O365 - all users are standard users. Policy to set FileVault at next logout. This is set by a policy defined in 'Policies'.

I am now getting the policy on each machine saying completed but then when I look at the details of the log of each machine/user is see:

FileVault is Off.
Deferred enablement appears to be active for user 'username here'.

Can anyone help? How can I solve this?
