Bleu JSS Rights Needed?

Hello,

Does anyone know what rights are needed to allow login through Bleu JSS for setting up an iBeacon? We just got one in the District and the person setting up the device has limited privileges in the JSS, but gets a 401 Unauthorized error when logging in through Bleu JSS. Just wondering what I need to add without giving rights to everything.

And now he says that he is getting logged in without any issues. Maybe it just too a while for the iBeacon privileges to take effect.
