Hi everyone,
We have 10 Licences for SF7 for Mac via VPP. I went to push one licence to a computer but it kept failing. As a bid to resolve the issue I tried refreshing the App catalog multiple times in VPP settings with no luck. I then tried removing and re-adding (biggest mistake) it looks like SF8 is the only App available on the App Store now which means I don't have access to my 8 remaining licenses via VPP. I am not getting a notification in the JSS to tell me it is no longer available in the App Store like I have with some Apps in the past, hence why I think there is still a possibility I can somehow get these licenses back. I have contacted Telestream to ask for the bundle ID and URL so that I can attempt to re-add it to my catalog manually but they dodged my question and told me to upgrade to 8..
By any chance does anyone out there have those details please?? Or any possible ways I can fix this.
