Calendar with Open Directory is not working in El Capitan

Hi guys, my Calendar Server (Mac OS X Snow Leopard) is not working properly with "El Capitan" clients, calendar client doesn't recognise Open Directory users when we add invitees. Not sure if updating the calendar server OS could be a solution.

Someone has the same issues?, Anybody has an idea why this is happening?

Seems if you add email on workgroup info tab, you can fix this issue.....still testing
