Can't access a computer on MDM

Hi to all,

I'm unable to access a specific computer on MDM, if I try to do that it just loops in a blank screen.
Anyone experiencing similar?

    Dear @michele.matera , what exactly do you mean by 'access a specific computer on MDM'? How do you try to access it? What does the user say about the status of the computer?
