Casper Remote (version 9.99) can no longer connect to my JSS. I get the following error string at the Casper Remote splash screen:
Connection error while connecting to https://my.jss.server.org:8443/:0 Check your network connection and try again (See attachment).
My observations:
-Casper Imaging connects/works.
-Casper Admin app connects/works.
-Self Service app connects/works..
-JSS (admin web access) connects/works.
-Running Jamf client-side commands (recon, policy, checkJSSConnection, etc) works.
-No IP, DNS or VLAN changes have been made in my environment.
-Affects all IT staff members (on various Macs running various versions of macOS).
I have purging all local Casper Remote resources (~/Library/Caches & ~/Library/Preferences), and all local Jamf Keychain entries does not resolve the issue.
Any thoughts/suggestions are appreciated.

Last time i saw this (it did affect all apps) but it was a MySQL field that had gone iffy.
It was the filevault config entry that had corrupted, deleted that and re created and it worked fine.
I think the way i found it was running a JSS Summary report, ticking sections at a time, when i got to the FV one it threw an error.
Not sure if that helps but it randomly worked for me.
