Our iPads are enrolled in DEP as well as enrolled in Casper. I was doing some testing to find out if we could restore a back up to the iPad from iCloud. When I erased the iPad and it started up again, I was immediately asked to enter my credentials that connect the iPad to Casper. I never got the option to restore from back up.
Do we just have a setting wrong? Or is there another way to restore a back up? Or is it just not possible to restore a back up?

Hi,
I wonder if your prestage enrollment is set to skip the restore option. If I remember right the restore option will come before the enrollment authentication screen (if you have that on).

I checked with our administrator and they are not seeing an option in the pre-stage enrollment to allow people to restore from backup. Can anyone direct me to where that option might be?
