Casper Focus JSS URL

Can't get Casper Focus to see my companies JSS URL. Getting error "Could Not Verify JSS URL" HTTP Status Code:400. iPad Second Gen.

Able to access the url via web browser. Any thoughts?

We had the same issue with https://url:8443 but it works with http://url:8080

Do I need to configure anything on the JSS or will it be okay as is with port 8443?

I didn't change anything on the server.

Hey guys,

This sounds like a server certificate issue and has been discussed in a bit more depth in the discussion at:

In short, try verifying that the web server certificate that is being used for your JSS is either issued by the Built-In JSS Certificate Authority or is otherwise publicly trusted (Verisign, Godaddy, etc).

Our certificate is fine. Our JSS was set up without a FQDN, so it fails with https but works with http. This summer I may set it up properly and just have everyone re-enrolled.
