Hi All,
I've been working with the JAMF support folks in regards to this, but
figured I'd post something here. I am having an issue with CasperVNC
on machines that have VMWare Fusion and Parallels installed. The
machines are all running 10.5, usually 10.5.7 or 10.5.8. When I
attempt to remote control the machines I receive this error:
RFBConnection
Connection Terminated
The server closed the connection
We have determined that the jamfvnc binary is running correctly and
waiting for connection. We can work around this problem by changing
the VMWare Fusion networking to Bridged (It was set to NAT) or
disabling Parallels networking adapters (It was also set to NAT) in
the Network System Preference pane. These work arounds are obviously
not a permanent solution for me, so has anyone else seen this? Any
info or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
