First time poster, and new to Casper as well, so I recognize and fully accept my noob status. Please forgive my ignorance.
I have a situation where I want to prompt once and only once on the launch of certain apps (for instance, I want to display the prompt "please remember to save your work as ppt for colleagues who use MS Powerpoint" when people launch Keynote).
I only want this prompt to come up the first time they launch the app (UX team recommendation). I can easily prompt using Restricted Software, however the prompt occurs every 15 min after that on check in. I thought I could use a smart group, but apparently the groups are smarter than I am and I can't figure out how to move the computer out of the Scoped smart group for that policy after the prompt has occurred so that it no longer is scoped to that restriction.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
