Cloud hosting -is anyone else affected?


Our instance is hosted on us-east-1. Following yesterday's maintenance window we appear to have been restored from a backup that is at least 12 days old!

I have lost all changes made in the past 2 weeks and the associated history! In this time I have enrolled about 20 devices that I assume cannot work normally as a result.

I have opened a support case, but it is a weekend and who know when someone will respond. I have no idea how screwed up we are now are as a result.
