When we add text to the field (originally blank) under Computer Policy - User Interaction - "Start Message" it is not displayed when the policy runs. Policy runs fine, but it simply does not display a message to the end user. Ideas?

sometimes none of the user messages are being displayed for us. Also the restart is does not work even if I set it to restart immediately.

Release notes state that v9.4 fixes this issue.
