cs5 and cs6 installed keeping cs5 default

Guys got a problem

Our testers didnt report that with CS5 & CS6 installed all documents default to CS6

Trying a Getinfo and changing the open with all reverts back to CS6

Any one have a fix

i really need some help as i only want them to cs6 for internal work at the moment and cs5 for client work

I'd have duti script run @ login that sets the correct settings.

BUT, are you managing the launch service plist @ all.

Hi,

You could also just push out a modified Bridge CS5.5 plist, i.e. com.adobe.bridge4.1.plist to ~/Library/Preferences with all the "file association types" (in Bridge preferences) set to open, by default, in CS5 and not CS6 applications. Bridge CS6, i.e. com.adobe.bridge5.plist automatically opens files in CS6 applications. So, in other words, with both versions of Bridge side-by-side you can avoid any compatibility issues that might arise.
