Hi all,
I am getting the typical 'Sync failed. Awaiting next sync.' message in the Automated Device Enrolment tab in JAMF Pro.
I recently deleted the Apple ID in ASM that was used to generate the token, as it shows the email address of the account under the 'Admin ID' section.
Could this be the reason why I am getting this error?
If so, how do I go about rectifying it, do I need to create a new token?
This might be a one-off fail, and this is the first time I've seen this, but just checking If I might have caused it.

I think you answered your own question. If the Apple ID no longer exists then the token is now invalid. Either create another account with permissions to create tokens in ASM or revive the previous account. If the reason for the deletion was because it was a named account then I would create a "service" Apple ID for these purposes.
